You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant IFFI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, adapt, process, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the rights necessary to submit the content

  • The content does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws

  • The content is not unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading

IFFI reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

By purchasing paid Services, you agree to:

Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.

9. Mobile Devices & Carrier Charges

If you access the Services through a mobile device, your wireless carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other fees may apply.

IFFI is not responsible for any carrier charges, roaming fees, or connectivity issues related to your use of the Services.

Applications downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may also be subject to additional platform-specific terms and conditions.

10. Availability & Modifications

IFFI may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the Services at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation

  • Compatibility across devices or operating systems

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IFFI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your User Content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

14. Termination

IFFI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services or other users.

Upon termination:

  • You must cease all use of the Services

  • Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York.
